You can return items up to 30 days after purchase.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be inunopened and original packaging to sit.

  • you will receive a full refund for the products you return (excl. shipping costs)!
  • or you can choose to exchange products (partial refund possible)

We can provide you with a bpost shipping label for €6 (BE/NL) (to be delivered to any bpost office or point). Or you can return items on your own initiative.

In the event of defective products or something that has gone wrong on our end, we will cover all costs to get the right products to you!
Honesty is the magic word, please take photos of damage and/or as soon as you notice something is wrong.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and make it right.


Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned if they have been opened; personal care items (such as beauty products). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
